td1320 is a portable instrument specially designed for on-site detection of dc charger. its dc voltage measurement is up to 1150 v, dc current measurement is up to 300 a (480 a optional), and dc power/electrical energy accuracy class is 0.02/0.05/0.1 optional. the instrument is suitable for on-site detection, conductive charging interoperability test and communication protocol conformance test of dc charger for metrology institute, electric power department and manufacturer.

● environmental temperature measurement: the temperature sensor is equipped to measure the site environmental temperature to correct the working error.

● clock verification: built in gps clock module, it can display real-time clock and synchronize with beijing time.

 built-in vehicle control and guidance circuit: it can complete the interoperability test of off-board charger, the adjustment range of r4 resistance simulation module is 400ω~ 5000ω, the step value of which is 1ω. each contact is provided with on-off switch, which can realize the simulation of the contact state.

 insulation resistance simulation: it can simulate the insulation state of charger. the input voltage range is 0v ~ 1000v, and the resistance adjustment range is 10 kω ~ 610 kω with the step of 5 kω, which is used to simulate the insulation fault of positive and negative poles.


● the broadband ac/dc current comparator technology is adopted, which is less affected by the thermal potential and has higher accuracy than the shunt.

● large current can be measured without wiring, and a single connection can automatically complete the preset test items.

● there are no mechanical contacts such as switches and relays in the current loop. it is not damaged for 5 seconds under overload of double rated current is with reliability is high.

● the current measurement loop achieves high isolation between the voltage circuit and the power supply, which can guarantee higher safety.
