overview

td3500 is a set of apparatus specially applied to the verification of single-phase meters. it is composed of standard ac power source, reference meter, multi-station verification workbench (built-in meter hanger, terminal knob, pulse input and output module, control module, display module, communication interface, anti-static table, etc) ,computer, proprietary software and so on. the accuracy is 0.01/0.02/0.05/0.1 optional, and reference standards are jjg 307-2006、jjg 596-2012、jjg 597-2005.

the apparatus is based on the stable output of ac power source. standard reference meter (td3100 or td3110) independently developed by tianheng is adopted as the accuracy assurance. combined with proprietary software, it can simultaneously have verification on 6-24 single-phase meters with the same voltage and current range, different constant and different error limit. the items include basic error test, start-up test, latent test, meter constant, daily timing error, time interval switching and so on.

● the maximum ac output capacity is 264 v/120 a, which can ensure the stability of output value at full load.

● the minimum ac current output to 2 ma, which is the basis for start-up test of the verified meter.

● the apparatus has positive and reverse active electrical energy, four quadrant reactive power and other metering methods.

● harmonic function (options): it can load 2nd-21st harmonic with adjustable amplitude and phase to complete the harmonic influence test.

 proprietary software: semi-automatic and full-automatic verification is realized, so as data management and certificate export.

● multi-station verification workbench: simultaneous automatic verification of 6-24 single-phase meters is supported. the verification workbench is equipped with ac voltage / current output terminals, photoelectric pulse and communication interface to meet various kinds of testing requirements. and the control panel is built in so the operator can observe and control the output value by its lcd touch screen, which facilitates manual verification.
